Talent management and am part of the recruitment team; I am also responsible for our applicant management software.

I work part-time, so my working hours are:
Tuesdays only in the morning and all day from Wednesday through Friday

Emel Tahtali

Working Student Talent Management – Recruitment

My profile

I am responsible for:
Supporting applicant management and actively searching for bachelor’s degree graduates through various recruitment and social media channels. Having a lunch break together is very important to us, so I’ve also taken on the role of food supervisor in the office to ensure that our shared lunch break is relaxing for everyone 😊.

At university, since I’m actually studying full-time to become a teacher. In my free time, I like to hang out with friends or go to the gym to unwind.

The area of Business Development. This means that I am involved in the operational and strategic development of SAPHIR. I am particularly passionate about sales and direct customer contact.
