Kickoff
If you are interested in filling your position with us, we will conduct a detailed kick-off meeting. In this call, we will discuss the content of the job advertisement, your requirements and all other details that we need for successful recruitment - we will advise you on all aspects of the recruitment processthat make sense from a recruitment and employer branding perspective in order to generate more qualified applications. We then create the job advertisement and send it to you for your final approval.
Pool query
We have a talent pool with more than 800 qualified candidates who have already undergone a comprehensive selection process. The process includes a full review of application documents, a qualitative interview with our recruiters and a KODE® skills assessment. Based on your requirements, we search our pool for suitable young professionals. This enables us to present you with the first suitable candidates in a timely manner.

Recruitment
To ensure the best possible candidate selection, we use the following for each position parallel to the internal pool query a specially adapted to your requirements recruitment mix tailored to your needs. This includes numerous job portals, social media and active sourcing via various portals. As soon as applications are received, the applicants go through the selection process described in the second step. This ensures that all the profiles we forward to you are qualified and meet your requirements.
Receiving profiles
All applications will be checked again according to your criteria so that we can make a qualified pre-selection. You can access the suitable applications via our online portal, where you will receive the names of the applicants, their application documents, a personal assessment by our recruiters and the KODE® skills assessment of the young professionals. You can use this data to select suitable candidates and invite them to interviews.

Employment
Up to this step, our services are completely completely non-binding and free of charge! So if no candidate meets your requirements, our service remains free of charge for you. However, as soon as you have found and hired a suitable candidate, a recruitment fee will be charged. This amounts to €4,300 in the case of participation in a SIBE Master's program and 25% of the first gross annual salary in the case of a permanent position, but at least €9,800.
