Individual Interview with specific interview guidlines:

The individual interview to identify your top 3 candidates is based on the assessment of the answers to our biographial interview in comparison with the skills you have defined and other requirments for the candidates.

Application Video:

You will recieve a short application video from your top 3 candidates, in which they introduce themselves briefly and answer two or three questions on request, which will determined togehter with you.

Online Job Interview:

The top 3 candidates will be interviewed togehter with you and a SAPHIR recruiter to finally identify your perfect candidate.
