Online meeting
If everything fits, we will invite you to a personal meeting via Microsoft Teams. This interview usually lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. Here we will talk about your previous experience, your ideas for the future and clarify together which company projects might suit you. You will also receive all the important information about the program itself, the processes and how we can support you in your search for a company.

You then complete the online-based KODE® competence measurement. This scientifically based tool helps us to better understand your personal strengths, skills and development potential in order to best prepare you for the requirements of our partner companies. prepare you and to provide you with targeted advice.

Coaching phone call & mediation
As soon as you receive your acceptance letter for the Master's programs, a personal coaching telephone call. Here we will once again go into detail about your your wishes, goals and ideas discuss suitable companies and prepare you optimally for the next steps - from the application to the interview. By the way: If you already have a company in mind that would like to implement the dual Master's degree program with you, this is also possible. We will be happy to accompany and support you in this case too.
You will receive personal support from us throughout the entire process - from the application to the conclusion of the contract with the company and the start of your studies at SIBE!
What you need for your admission
A completed first degree
Degree from a university, university of applied sciences, BA or comparable degree from another German / foreign university with at least 180 credit points
